Asparagus Round-up!

Thanks for all the participants this month. Last week was ca-razy! so I haven’t yet had a time to cook my asparagus, hopefully I will tonight.

oh yum! all those pasta dishes are making my mouth water. Must make some of those soon. Great round up! I am ready for the next veggie… bring it on!

Darn, I missed asparagus week. Mine is quick & easy, but the only way that I like asparagus. Rinse & trim stalks, then dry. Line a baking sheet or broiler pan with foil. Lightly brush or spray stalks with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic and a touch of salt & broil until just browned & tender. Experiment by adding a few different herbs to the garlic & salt.
